According to the City of Sydney&#8217;s website the scheme has already provided benefits to several apartment buildings such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aria, a 15-storey apartment building in Waterloo is now saving $61,000 each year through lighting upgrades and adjusting timers on car park exhaust fans.<\/li>\n<li>Cleveland Mews, a 66-unit apartment building in Redfern is\u00a0saving 82% in power use through lighting upgrades and installing heat pumps for the swimming pool and spa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications are open for one month from today.
