According to the update at 15 February 2017 there were 821,044 lots registered with the NSW Land and Property Information. To give a comparison in September 2016 the LPI recorded 808,376 lots in NSW.<\/p>\n<p>The data as at February 2017 for the number of strata schemes within the following lot ranges is:<\/p>\n<p>2 to 20 lots &#8211; 68,828 schemes registered<br \/>\n21 to 50 lots &#8211; 5,739\u00a0schemes registered<br \/>\n51 to 100 lots &#8211; 1,386\u00a0schemes registered<br \/>\n101 to 200 lots &#8211; 574\u00a0schemes registered<br \/>\n201 to 200 lots- 197\u00a0schemes registered<br \/>\n&gt;500 lots &#8211; 9 schemes registered<\/p>\n<p>It is easy to see from this data that the vast majority of strata schemes have between 2 to 20 lots with only a few (relatively speaking) schemes of 100+ lots.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strata Community Australia recently released a Strata Data update.
