In addition, OCN is holding a seminar:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Simplifying Strata \u2013 Successfully Managing Building Defects &amp; Major Projects\u00a0on Saturday 6 October 2018, 9.00am \u2013 11.30am, at the Kirribilli Club<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>to assist people dealing with building defects, flammable cladding or looking to carry out major projects.\u00a0 Cost for non-members is just $55 (incl GST), which includes OCN membership to 30 June 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation, The Hon.
