The decision involved a claim made by the owners corporation of \u2018Parramatta Rise\u2019, a 28-storey mixed use tower in Parramatta, against JKN Para 1 Pty Ltd and Toplace Pty Ltd in connection with the installation of non-compliant cladding on the Building.
