Mark de Carvalho

Mark joined Kerin Benson Lawyers in July 2023 as Special Counsel. Upon entering the profession in 2007, Mark was a litigator in private practice, in both plaintiff and defendant matters. More recently, he has spent ten years as a Senior Legal Counsel in in-house practice in industries such as defence and construction/infrastructure, in dispute resolution and in general commercial matters. Mark has expertise in adversarial and inquisitorial litigation jurisdictions, each being applicable to the construction litigation Kerin Benson Lawyers conducts for its clients. Mark has degrees in law and philosophy.
