All good things must come to an end so that new adventures can begin. After twelve years in practice together under the banner of Kerin Benson Lawyers Pty Ltd, Allison Benson and Christopher Kerin have decided to start a new chapter for themselves and their teams as of 31 May 2026.

As of 1 June 2026, Allison and Christopher will be practicing as principals of separate law firms and will cease to trade under the banner of Kerin Benson Lawyers. Both teams will continue to provide the same services, just in two new firms. We are both very excited by the change.

Allison and her team will continue to provide their current services from a new office in Sydney and the existing office in Newcastle under the new company Benson Legal Pty Ltd.

Christopher and his team will continue to provide their current services from a new office in Sydney and the existing office in Canberra under the new company Kerin Strata Lawyers Pty Ltd.
