Carlo Fini

Carlo joined Kerin Benson Lawyers in 2025 as Special Counsel.  Carlo has extensive legal experience having worked in strata law, insurance and litigation. He has also worked as a barrister at the NSW Bar. Carlo has experience in the public and private sectors, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments, manage legal risk, and resolve disputes efficiently and strategically. He is particularly focused on practical problem-solving — finding clear, workable solutions in high-stakes or technically challenging matters, whether through negotiation, litigation, or future planning. Carlo has a broad experience spanning both front-end advisory and back-end dispute work across construction, strata, insurance, and government (regulation and compliance).
