Kerin Benson Lawyers live and breathe strata and building defects law. It’s not just the core focus of our practice, it’s the only focus of our practice. As both strata law and building defects are complex areas of law and have a high impact on individuals both financially and in terms of quality of life we believe it is important that clients receive high quality advice from experienced professionals.

We believe in getting the simple things right and this includes ensuring that we communicate with our clients and leverage the experience in our team.

What we do not do is use inexperienced or junior staff to manage your matter. At Kerin Benson Lawyers we believe that all of our clients should expect, and receive, the benefit of having experienced lawyers working for them.
