The NSW strata and community title legislation changes came into effect on 11 December 2023. The reforms include changes to the strata renewal process to introduce more transparency, general meeting procedures, the removal and election of strata committee members and restrictions on the keeping of animals. If you practice in strata or community title or own in strata and community title, you need to be aware of these widespread changes.
